LUKE "Ming" Flanagan is thinking of running for President.
The life-long pot smoker and Independent MEP says he will make a decision in the coming weeks and said he has every chance of winning if he runs.
The popular Roscommon politician headed the poll in the Midlands-North-West constituency in last summer's European election.
