MILITARY intelligence is providing vital information to Irish soldiers in Lebanon - as Israel intensifies its attacks where they and other UN personnel are serving, it was revealed yesterday.
The Defence Forces told this paper yesterday that personnel from the Military Intelligence Services are working closely with our peacekeepers.
The 350-strong 127th Infantry Battalion is based in two camps in southern Lebanon and the entire area is now in Israel's sights.
