Fans gather from dawn to mourn shot right-winger
AN estimated 100,000 mourners packed into an Arizona stadium yesterday for the memorial of assassinated activist Charlie Kirk.
But the service was as much a political show of force as a memorial to the conservative firebrand.
Donald Trump, his Vice President JD Vance and senior cabinet members used the stage to eulogise Kirk.
Trump, who arrived at the venue on Air Force One, was set to frame Kirk's death as proof that conservative voices are under attack.
