Lions walking into traffic but will it be a stroll or are the danger signs flashing?
FOLLOWING their morale-boosting victory against Western Force in Perth, there is reason to believe the Lions have their feet under the table with the disappointing defeat to the Pumas left at the back door of the Aviva.
Saturday's opening game Down Under can be loosely divided into three key parts.
In the opening half-hour, the Lions started slowly and the plucky Force, having turned down a number of kicks at goal at 7-7, were still only 7-14 with five minutes to go until half-time.
The visitors then pulled away in the second 30 minutes of the game, their strong bench exerting maximum pressure to stretch the score out to 7-40.
There were a meagre two tries after the hour, the final one with the last play of the game, as the tempo dropped.
So, sorta good, much better and back to good.
Here, we have a look at the good the bad and the ugly.
