Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash reveal the highs and lows of their "crazy" family life in a new BBC reality show

- JEN PHARO

'It's not all a bed of roses'

With five children from tots to teens living at home, Stacey Solomon and husband Joe Swash are going through their "stress era". Life for the family is "at the peak of craziness" but they wouldn't have it any other way.

imageNow they've invited cameras into their home to capture every moment of their family's marvellous mayhem.

"Our house is full of love, full of life, full of energy, and we love it like that," says Joe.

"This is such a lovely family album to have. In years to come when the kids are getting married, we're going to have so much footage to share of what they were like."

The new BBC show, titled Stacey & Joe, will feature the pair at their enormous Tudor style Essex home, perhaps ironically called Pickle Cottage, with Stacey's sons Zach, 17, and Leighton, 12, plus the couple's children Rex, six, Rose, three, and Belle, two. Adding to the chaos are dogs Peanut and Teddy, plus four ducks and two cats.

It sounds like a full house, but for Joe, 43, who also has a son, Harry, from a previous relationship, there's still room for more.
