Fest off to EP-ic start

FONTAINES DC, CMAT and Gorillaz have been confirmed for next summer's Electric Picnic.

Gorillaz, a side project for Blur frontman Damon Albarn, will headline the Saturday lineup in Stradbally while Dublin's own Fontaines DC will bring the curtain down on the following evening.

Joining them over the weekend in Co Laois will be Dubliner CMAT, whose album Euro Country earned rave critical reviews this year.
