A FUNDRAISING campaign to repatriate the body of a young Irish mum-of-three who died while on holiday in the US has raised over €14,000 ahead of her funeral tomorrow.

Seodhna Deasy, from Co Cork, is understood to have been visiting Washington DC last month when she became seriously ill.

Ms Deasy was rushed to a nearby hospital where she remained in a serious condition in the ICU for three weeks before she sadly passed away.
