Rhinos want to keep Hull target Lisone

LEEDS sporting director Ian Blease has stated the club will do all they can to tie Sam Lisone down to a new deal but admits the Rhinos may lose the player to a rival due to salary cap constraints.

The Rhinos want to keep Lisone next year, with the prop out of contract at the end of the current season, but fitting him under their salary cap is the challenge. That has seen other Super League clubs show an interest, with Hull FC holding talks with the player and keen to sign him, perhaps on a more lucrative deal.
