"People assume that because I'm in the health and fitness industry I don't eat junk food, but I love it," he says. “When I’m stressed out and have had a tough day, I’m not going to go and make a kale salad with quinoa. I understand these foods aren’t good for me, but it's not stopped me eating them.”
