A POPULAR pub with a brilliant beer garden and views over the Humber Estuary is on the hunt for new owners.

The Royal Oak pub in Paull

The Royal Oak, based in the village of Paull, is on the market with a £125,000 price tag, and property agents say the drinks-led traditional hostelry could grow as a business if new owners were to introduce a food menu.

The traditional two-storey mid-terraced building also has private accommodation on the first floor with four bedrooms, a large lounge, kitchen, family bathroom and small office. Agents Sidney Phillips say the pub has a focal point central bar area and three good sized rooms, including a games room and furnished lounge area.
