PERFECT WAY TO SEE THE STUNNING SIGHTS

- By LAURA CROSS

HULL and East Riding residents can now enjoy trips to the North York Moors, as funding from East Riding and Hull City Council has allowed the return of the Moorsbus (M1).

Running every Sunday and Bank Holiday, until September 28, a return service will depart from Bay 23 at Hull Paragon Interchange, at 9am.

It will stop and pick up from Cottingham at 9.21am, Beverley Bus Station Bay B at 9.43am, Driffield at 10.11am, Malton Railway Station at 10.49am, and arrive in Pickering at 11.12am.

Passengers can then change for the M3 service, at 11.45am or 2.45pm, which visits popular destinations, including Kirkbymoorside and Hutton-le-Hole, before arriving at the Moors Centre, in Danby, at 12.40pm or 3.40pm. Returning from Danby, passengers can use the M3 service to get back to Pickering, with the M1 service starting back from the town at 5.15pm, getting passengers into Hull for 7.29pm.
