Pele handed chance to play back in NRL

FORMER
Hull FC and Bradford Bulls player Franklin Pele has been given an unexpected opportunity to return to the NRL in 2026, joining the South Sydney Rabbitohs as a prop forward.The 24-year-old started the 2025 season with the Bulls in the Championship, but after just 11 appearances, he moved to France to play for third-tier rugby union team Racing Club de Narbonne.
During his time in the UK, Pele made a total of 34 appearances over one-and-a-half seasons, featuring 26 times for Bradford and eight times for Hull FC.
