Madden is on Hull's radar

HULL FC are on the hunt for a new halfback and have begun talks with Brisbane Broncos pivot Jock Madden.

The Black and Whites have targeted a new half to sit alongside captain Aidan Sezer next year and have set their sights on the Australian playmaker, with the club currently working on a deal to sign the player.

The Mail understands that the club are keen on acquiring Madden, who has been linked with a move to the Super League competition before.

In fact, they have made contact with the 25-year-old, who has previously worked under John Cartwright at the Broncos, with the club understood to be keen to get a deal done.
