Lundstram may have a Boxing Day date against Sheffield Wednesday

HULL City could welcome back John Lundstram into their squad for their Boxing Day trip to struggling Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough.
Lundstram has missed the last four games with a knee injury he picked up in training just days after returning from a calf injury at Stoke City at the end of November.
The midfielder only played for the final 10 minutes in a fiery end to proceedings, before sustaining his problem ahead of the defeat to Middlesbrough.
The 31-year-old hasn't yet returned to training, and he will be assessed between now and Friday, but his imminent return is a timely boost for boss Sergej Jakirovic going into a busy spell of four games in 10 days over Christmas.
