While dismissing a writ petition filed by the Odisha State Cooperative Bank, a bench of justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra on Tuesday said that “law declared by the Supreme Court is binding on all courts”, and any deviation from it not only undermines judicial propriety but also constitutes a grave legal error.
