The great Indian wedding season is just around the corner, and Delhiites must brace themselves for a baaraat or two weaving through city traffic next week! Industry insiders estimate that nearly 48,000 weddings will take place across the Delhi-NCR on November 12, marking the start of the shubh saaya for weddings this winter.
"Delhi-NCR can expect to witness 50,000 weddings on this date," says Piyush Sharma, owner of Hari Om Band in Rohini.
