Deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak has ordered departmental action against a woman doctor in Kushinagar after allegations of private practice surfaced against her.
Also, a nursing staff posted at Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, in Farrukhabad, has been suspended for taking money from a patient/attendant.
The orders were given taking note of complaints and the principal secretary, medical and health, Partha Sarthi Sen Sharma, has been asked to take action.
