Police arrest 5th accused in firing outside Rohit Shetty's home

The firing incident outside filmmaker Rohit Shetty's Mumbai residence on Sunday, which triggered heightened security and a police investigation amid fears of an extortion-linked threat, has taken a new turn with another arrest by the Mumbai Crime Branch.

After earlier arresting four accused in the case, the Crime Branch has now detained another suspect from Pune. According to The Statesman, the arrest was carried out by the Anti-Extortion Cell. The newly arrested accused has been identified as Asharam Fasle and is alleged to have supplied the firearm used in the firing. Police officials said mul
