Hosting a 'new avenue' for Karan Mehra

Karan Mehra, who became a household name as Naitik with the popular TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH), is seguing to hosting with a classical music reality show.

"After YRKKH, I did many things, including music videos and making my singing debut last year. However, hosting is a new avenue for me. There have been many music reality shows, but shastriya sangeet ko lekar koi show bana nahin hai aaj tak. The focus of the show is just music," says Karan.
