After their Instagram post, musician-couple Sachet-Parampara speak to us about Bekhayali row
Music composer Amaal Mallik had claimed earlier this year that he was the original composer of Bekhayali, the hit song from 2019 film Kabir Singh. However, musician-couple Sachet-Paramapara who composed the song have now rubbished the claim in an Instagram Reel.
Speaking to us, they call the allegations 'baseless' and 'born out of jealousy', adding that they have reached a point where silence was no longer an option.

Space isn't just an endless canvas to be studied at leisure; there is real-time change we'll miss if we aren't looking for it, says astronomer Kulkarni. Over decades, he has changed how his peers view the heavens. His 'field-defining' work just won him the Royal Astronomical Society's Gold Medal. Unusually, Kulkarni switches areas of focus every few years. 'I'm not aiming for a Nobel,' he says, smiling. 'A life of discovery... what more can one want?'
