THE PETITIONER APPROACHED THE COURT AFTER HIS CANDIDATURE WAS REJECTED BY THE AUTHORITIES ON GROUNDS OF PAST CRIMINAL RECORD
JODHPUR: The Rajasthan high court has directed the state government to appoint a candidate to the post of sub-inspector (AP), observing that youthful indiscretions committed in the heat of the moment should not permanently tarnish an individual's future if the offences do not involve moral turpitude.
