Meena Welcomes Joshi's Arrest

Rajasthan panchayati raj minister Kirodi Lal Meena on Friday lauded the BJP government in Rajasthan and at the centre, saying the zero tolerance policy against corruption led to Congress leader Mahesh Joshi's arrest by the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday.

Meena said the Congress leader had been arrested on the basis of documents he had shared with the ED pointing to Joshi's involvement in the Jal Jeevan Mission controversy.

Meena was talking to reporters after taking a review meeting of the panchayati raj department. He interacted with department officials from across the state via video conference.
