SRINAGAR: National Conference (NC) president Farooq Abdullah on Wednesday dismissed former Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) chief AS Dulat's allegations that the former Jammu & Kashmir chief minister had "privately backed" the abrogation of Article 370.

Dulat made the claims in his new book The Chief Minister and The Spy, alleging that when the Centre revoked Kashmir's autonomy under Article 370 in 2019, Abdullah publicly condemned the move as a "betrayal" but "privately backed" it.
