Yami and Pratik's comedy thriller is average at best

A couple on the run for their lives—I have just described one of Hindi cinema's most common storylines. It is then up to the makers to make their film interesting, either as a comedy, a thriller, or a mix of both. Unfortunately, Dhoom Dhaam doesn't pull any of these off.
Koyal (Yami Gautam Dhar) and Veer (Pratik Gandhi) meet via an arranged marriage setup. Things go well until their wedding night, when two men come knocking on their door in search of someone called 'Charlie', who they suspect is with Veer. The newly-weds manage to run away. But who is Charlie? And what is Veer hiding?
