New policy for biz firms to return unused land

PATNA: The industries department has come up with a new exit policy-2025 for industrial and business units keen on returning land to BIADA (Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority) for non-use or facing certain litigation after cancellation of their allotted land.
The policy has been approved by the board of director, BIADA, recently. It would give industrial and business houses an opportunity to return their land to the authority by fulfilling certain formalities.
