NDA leaders meet in name of PM's April 24 Bihar visit; play up unity

Prominent NDA leaders of Bihar on Saturday met at state BJP office in the name of preparation and review meeting for the proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 24.

PATNA: The meeting was also attended by Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

Though the NDA leaders claimed that the meeting was to access and make PM visit a grand success, it is seen as another attempt to send signal among the voters that the "NDA is firmly united and there is no confusion among the parties of the alliance."

Chouhan also interacted via video conference with officials in Madhubani.
