The state government on Monday effected a minor reshuffle of seven IPS officers, including central range IG of Patna.

PATNA: According to a notification issued by the home department, 2005 batch IPS officer Jitendra Rana, recently returned from Central deputation (IG, CISF) and waiting for posting is now Inspector General (IG), central range (Patna). He replaced Garima Mallik (2006 batch), who has been transferred and shifted to vigilance investigation bureau (VIB) in the same capacity.
