Watchman Gets 7-Year Jail Term For Rape And Murder Attempt

A sessions court earlier this week sentenced a 25-year-old watchman to seven years of imprisonment for attempting to murder a woman after she resisted his rape attempt in April 2017.
MUMBAI: The convict, identified as Raja Chandradeep Sabu, had been employed as a security guard at the woman's residential society in Andheri West just two days before the attack.
