Tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin on Sunday slammed Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan over his alleged remarks that the southern state will not be provided funds until it accepted the National Education Policy (NEP) and the three-language formula, calling it a "brash blackmail".
