NEW DELHI: The Congress Working Committee CWC) meeting on December 27 is expected to plan a protest programme against the Narendra Modi government's alleged efforts to dismantle the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) and other rights-based laws introduced during the United Progressive Alliance (UPA)-era, people aware of the matter said on Friday.
