LUCKNOW: Leaders of power sector unions from ten northern states will assemble in Lucknow on Tuesday under the National Coordination Committee of Electricity Employees and Engineers to decide the next phase of protests in Uttar Pradesh against the proposed privatisation of two power distribution companies (discoms).
