Noida's Sonali wins bronze in ranking b’minton

Uttar Pradesh’s shutter Sonali Singh continued her impressive run on the national circuit, winning a bronze medal in the women’s doubles event at the All India Senior Ranking Tournament at Bhubaneshwar.

Noida’s Sonali while pairing with Amrutha P, battled her way into the semifinals before falling to the experienced pair of Shreya Balaji and Deepta S in a three-game thriller 17-21, 21-13, 15-21.

The tournament brought together the best of India’s senior badminton talent, and Sonali's performance is a significant milestone for both her career and the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Speaking after her podium finish, Sonali Singh expressed both pride and motivation to keep pushing forward. “It was a hard-fought match and we gave it everything we had. I'm proud of how far we've come as a team. This bronze means a lot because it reflects the hard work behind the scenes. We're going to keep building on this momentum.”
