The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad, who began his 13th term as party president on Saturday, heaped praise on his son and leader of the Opposition in Bihar assembly, Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, for his relentless work for the people and said that the time has come to give him full responsibility. He exhorted the gathering of party workers and senior leaders at the 28th foundation day of the party at Bapu Sabhagar, Patna, to unite behind Tejashwi who has the ability to lead from the front.
