Home guard dragged on car’s bonnet for 5 km

In a shocking incident late Saturday night in Bareilly, a home guard on traffic duty was dragged nearly five kilometres on the bonnet of a speeding car after the driver tried to mow him down during a routine check.
The driver, Daksh Srivastava, was arrested Sunday morning after a dramatic police chase.
