A Delhi-bound IndiGo flight from Mumbai received a hoax bomb threat midair on Tuesday morning, triggering an alarm among security agencies, officials aware of the details said.

“A crew member found a threat note with ‘BOMB’ written on it in one of the lavatories and told the pilot. The pilot alerted the local air traffic control (ATC),” an official privy to the matter said.
