Rahul, Priyanka back joint fight for social justice
LUCKNOW: A public show of solidarity between the Congress and the Samajwadi Party leaders has signaled early preparations for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections under the INDIA alliance umbrella. On SP chief Akhilesh Yadav's 52nd birthday, Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra extended wishes and affirmed their commitment to the alliance's joint political roadmap in the state.
Taking to social media on July 1, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi posted on X: "Loud voice of PDA @yadavakhilesh. Happy Birthday to brother and congratulations! May you be healthy, happy - we are with you shoulder to shoulder in this fight for justice and equality."
