Caught speeding, actor Emma Watson banned from driving for 6 mths

LONDON: “Harry Potter” actor Emma Watson has been banned from driving for six months on Wednesday after being caught speeding.
Watson, 35, who played Hermione Granger, the friend of boy wizard Potter in the hugely popular movie franchise, was banned for driving at 38 miles an hour (61km/hr) in a 30-mile zone in southeastern Banbury in July 2024.
Another “Harry Potter” actor Zoe Wanamaker, 76, who played Quidditch teacher Madame Hooch in “Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone”, was banned for six months for her offence.

ED makes new extradition bid for Mahadev app chief
