Haryana's urban local bodies minister, Vipul Goel, on Saturday, carried out an inspection of the Bandhwari landfill and reviewed the ongoing clearing operations.
GURUGRAM:
During his visit, he held a detailed meeting with officials of the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) and representatives of waste management agencies responsible for handling the plant's operations.
The minister issued clear directives to expedite the waste disposal work and complete the tasks within the stipulated timeline of six months. He pointed out that the state government is fully committed to ensuring sanitation and environmental protection, and warned that no negligence would be tolerated.
