Three dead as pick-up vehicle falls into river

Three people were killed after a pick-up vehicle they were travelling in fell into the Yamuna river in Uttarkashi district on Monday morning,
DEHRADUN: police officers aware of the matter said, adding that the cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained.
The deceased were identified as Naushad and Praveen Jain, residents of Jiwangarh near Vikasnagar in Dehradun, and Ajay Shah, who belonged to Rohtas in Bihar and was currently living at Jiwangarh in Dehradun, they added.
