A station house officer (SHO) was removed and attached to the office of the senior superintendent of police (SSP) after a restaurant was set on fire at Vikasnagar in Dehradun following an altercation that broke out between two groups on the day of Holi on Friday, officers aware of the matter said on Sunday.
