Al-Qadir Case Verdict Against Khan Delayed

A Pakistan court on Monday postponed for the third time the announcement of the verdict in the 190 million pounds Al-Qadir Trust corruption case against former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.
ISLAMABAD:
The anti-corruption court in Islamabad has now set January 17 as the new date for announcing the verdict.
Judge Nasir Javed Rana of the anti-corruption court completed the hearing in the case on December 18 but reserved the judgment until December 23.
Later he fixed January 6 as the new date for announcing the verdict, Geo News reported.
Judge Rana was on leave on January 6 so the key judgment was postponed until January 13.
