Police Detain Man With ₹5L, Say Has 'Links' With Atishi

Two men were detained late on Tuesday night in southeast Delhi's Kalkaji with a bag containing ₹5 lakh in cash, police said, adding that the men claimed they have "links" to chief minister Atishi's personal secretary.

Delhi government did not respond to requests for comments on the matter till the time of going to print.
Deputy commissioner of police (southeast) Ravi Kumar Singh confirmed the detention of the two men, but declined to share further details saying that the matter is being probed.
