Phone IMEI-tampering racket busted; 5 arrested

The Delhi Police have busted an illegal mobile phone assembly and IMEI-tampering unit operating out of central Delhi's Karol Bagh, arresting five men who allegedly refurbished old handsets by altering their unique identification numbers and selling them in local markets.
