A day after the Congress's New Delhi candidate Sandeep Dikshit challenged Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal to an open debate, Kejriwal said on Sunday that the Congress was supporting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming assembly polls.
NEW DELHI: A day after the Congress's New Delhi candidate Sandeep Dikshit challenged Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal to an open debate, Kejriwal said on Sunday that the Congress was supporting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming assembly polls.
While addressing a press conference, Kejriwal also said that Dikshit was "being played up in the media under pressure". "You are showing Sandeep Dikshit... the BJP in this election is getting support from the Congress," he said. Earlier too, the AAP alleged that Congress was discreetly supporting the BJP in the Delhi elections.
