Amid protests and a bandh by right-wing outfits in Maharashtra’s Pune district on Wednesday over the alleged abduction of a 21-year-old woman, a purported video has surfaced on social media in which she claimed to have willingly left with her lover — contradicting the allegations made earlier by her family.
According to the complaint filed by the woman's parents at the Bhigwan Police Station, on February 17, a group of men allegedly intercepted the woman while she was with her mother and brother in the Swami Chincholi area near Bhigwan.
