‘Yet to get pre-filled forms from BLOs’

Weare yet to get the pre-filled forms from booth-level officers (BLOs), said Rohit Kumar, a resident of R Block of western Patna, as the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar gains momentum ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in the State.
In several places, electors alleged that the booth-level officers (BLOs) have not visited their houses to provide the pre-filled enumeration forms. Besides, the 2003 electoral rolls have not been of much help to electors as the majority of the voters do not remember in which booth they had voted that year. The soft copy of the rolls uploaded on the ECI website does not have the facility to track one’s name by entering the EPIC number or nameas the rolls then were not fully digitised, people aware of the matter said.
