Vehicles stopped as police launch clampdown on rural crime

AROUND 70 vehicles were stopped during an operation in East Herts to target those involved in rural and vehicle crime.

Officers from the Rural and Ware Neighbourhood Policing Teams were joined by representatives from several partner agencies to carry out the action last Monday.
