A woman must pay hundreds of pounds in court fines and costs after she admitted failing to ensure that household waste was disposed of correctly to an authorised person.
Katlyn Francis, 25, of Devon Street, off Oxford Road in Hartlepool, was initially accused of dumping bags of rubbish at the rear of the town's Macrae Road on January 9, 2024.
