Uddingston Shinty Club received £1000 last year thanks to Aldi Scotland's annual Scottish Sport Fund initiative—and more cash is now available.

The fund reinforces the supermarket's dedication to building a healthier Scotland by supporting the work of community sports clubs.

And Aldi Scotland is calling on other local sports clubs to apply for its annual Sports Fund initiative, with £50,000 up for grabs nationwide.

Now in its eleventh year, the fund offers local clubs the chance to secure vital funding, including a top prize of £3000, helping them continue to grow and thrive within their communities. Additional funding packages of £1250 and £750 will also be distributed.
