UAE Embassy in UK urges Emiratis to follow rules

The UAE embassy in London stated on its “X” platform account: “Dear Emirati traveller, to ensure your safety and the safety of your companions, the UAE Embassy in London calls on you to comply with the travel guidelines of your destination country. In case of emergencies, please contact the dedicated hotline for UAE citizens abroad, available 24/7: 0097180024”.
The embassy also called on citizens to register themselves and their families on “Twajudi” service, ensure their passports are valid for at least six months and verify the financial transaction system in the destination country (such as using credit cards or cash payments). Travellers are also advised to contact their bank to ensure their cards are activated for international use.
Additionally, the embassy encouraged citizens to review the travel guidelines for their specific destination available on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website and smart application.
